Even though it is small and bland, it is quite quaint. The quarters are tight but for the price of $555/month it is pretty sufficient for a family of three (me, my wife, and our newborn). The water is provided by our landlords and the electricity is paid by us(through the City of Tallahassee). My only complaints about this residence are the architecture, it doesn't seem that well put together; and the proximity to other neighbors.
