Great town homes !!
Mrs.terrie in the office is a pleasure to work with. Any and all issues are handled professionally with there Maintance staff. There are constantly updated the units to keep it feeling fresh !

Great customer service
Been searching apartments all over Tampa area and I just wanted to say that Traci at Armature Gate was the most friendly and knowledgeable rep compared to other apartment complex.
Look forward to renting when my current lease runs out

Incredible improvement
Toured armature gate three years ago and was turned off by how the staff treated me.
Recently toured again as I’m back on the apartment hunt. So many improvements to the property and the staff was super nice, proud of the property and very knowledgeable. Thanks to Traci
