Best apartment experience

I moved down to Florida for school and needed somewhere that was safe, affordable, and close by. I am impressed by how clean and nice everything is, as well as how safe and quiet the community is overall. Whenever I've had an issue maintenance will resolve it quickly and they're very nice. They recently renovated the laundry and gym and so far I am LOVING IT. If you're moving and looking for a place to live, this is a great affordable option. Especially for the area.

Es un lugar excelente para vivir donde reina La Paz y la tranquilidad con un equipo de trabajo espectacular empezando por el manager con un excelente trato y atención ,así como Xavier , Daniel y el equipo de mantenimiento que están a la orden en cualquier momento , La verdad que llevo dos años en este lugar y no quiero moverme para otro .

Pricey but nice community

I've been living here for almost 1 year. The one-bedroom places have ZERO counter space. Literally, all you have is the kitchen and sink. Most people had to buy their own island, tables, etc since there is no area to prep your food.
The gates never work and people follow you all the time. Haven't seen anything bad happen but its Tampa we have one of the highest crime rates in the US. It's not bad here.
People with small dogs don't tend to clean up after their pets and those are the bombs you... can't see. That's the shitty part.Besides the place being pricey its not bad. I don't like that my guests have to walk through my closet to get to the bathroom. That's also annoying
