Beautiful apartments and great location. However, Cortland Lakecrest as a new management company sucks! We are being charged for everything! Insurance liability requirement is $100k, well above usual apartment requirements. There is a $20 amenity fee for the same amenities that were free. There are hidden fees for “use of common areas” and “electric” which are separate and built into your water/sewer. Valet trash increased from $25 to $30. My water/sewer/trash bill has jumped from $90 to $140... but my consumption hasn’t changed.
In today’s economy, all of the extra fees add up! It’s unfortunate what they are doing, because this complex used to be such a hidden gem!

The apartments are nice but the management is very poor. It’s a shame because before Cortland took over that wasn’t an issue at all. Now management does not reply, there’s construction daily, nothing gets done, and amenities are unusable currently. I personally wouldn’t have moved here had I known.

The Apartment complex is great, some minor improvements need to be made but honestly I never wanted to move out of here after I moved in. It’s about the community you’re in and this community is great all around, great neighborhood and neighbors.
