Every building is infested with German roaches. There is no pest control, and if you complain enough they might send someone to spray... which does nothing. They don't do any maintenance, even if that means your sink is backed up for a week and you only get a 5 minute shower because the hot water spigot in the kitchen and bathroom leak constantly. Many of the porch lights don't work. Patio lights don't work. Rotten planks on patios and porches. Now they're painting the buildings to make them... "pretty" but literally no one can take furniture or kitchen appliances when they leave because they're full of roaches. These people need to fix the insides before worrying about the outsides. The air conditioners don't work so many people have to have window units, otherwise you get a $450 electric bill but you're still sitting in an 87° apartment. Millie is so sweet and helpful and if you go to her directly she will have things done! She has helped me a lot in the 2 months I’ve been here!

Everything this ad says is a lie! This is the absolutely worst place to live. I lived here for 2 years too long. The pools have never been open even since before covid, office never answers or fixes anything. These pictures are a complete joke! Don’t believe a word.
