Ever since this property was purchased from Related the quality of customer service has been none existent. The Property manager and assistant just quit in mass. This is a high rise building and if more than 1 elevator is working it is a miracle. The residents even joke about it in the elevator. The entrance area is quite often jammed with delivery cars so residents can't get to the back parking lot. The evening guards do the best they can but are overwhelmed. If there are problems in the units... the engineering staff usually responds quickly, looks interested in the problem, and then disappears for long stretches. The common areas are getting worn with dog marks and burnt out lights. This is one of the most expensive apartment buildings in Tampa and yet it is being treated like an afterthought. I would strongly recommend avoiding.

Best Location if you are from out of town
I recently moved from NYC and I am lucky I picked Olympus. It’s in the middle of everything. You are a $10 Uber ride anywhere you want to go ( most places are walking distance). The cleanliness and staff is A++ and they have great amenities. Mike and Erika are the best!! You won’t be disappointed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
If you care about customer service and think that "luxury" branded businesses should provide "luxury" level service.....or any service at all......DON'T WALK AWAY. RUN AWAY!
I've shared pictures of all of this and a full recount in my Yelp review.
The apartment had scuffed walls and was covered in dog hair when I took ownership. I was repeatedly told it would be corrected but it was only attempted at times inconvenient for me as I work from home.
They have walked into my home to perform... maintenance and disrupted several business meetings when I provided them with times when they had my permission to enter my unit. They entered outside of those times.
There was a large cement hole drilled in the ceiling of the parking garage above and about 2 feet from my car. I happened to walk up as it was happening and I was told that they didn't come to ask me to move my car because the leasing office couldn't look up that information......even though they had my registration file. My car and I ended up splattered with wet cement but it could have been much much worse.
I was harassed by the weekend concierge. She and I were the only two people in the lounge area. I heard her snapping photos and turned around to find that her phone camera was pointed in my direction. I asked her what she was taking photos of and her reply was "Nobody wants to take pictures of you." How very professional and respectful.
The TVs on the treadmills have never worked. I've been told multiple times since November 2018 that they are waiting on a part from Spectrum.
The door and elevator security NEVER work.
My neighbor said to me last week, "isn't it funny how friendly and nice they are when they are leasing to you and how rude and unhelpful they are once you move in."
I've put in 2 service requests since yesterday for a toilet that is non-stop running. Provided appointment window twice. Twice nobody showed and nobody contacted me.
Finally, I asked that I be let out of my lease 15 days early because of the horrible experience and my need to move for a job transfer and they refused to accommodate that request.
If anyone tells you that the issues here have been solved with the new name, new staff, and new management team, don't be fooled. Same horrible service.
