Everyone so far has been very nice and eager to help make the move-in seamless. The apt for the most part was clean and ready for us. The staff in the office with Tanya and Lori have been very helpful.

This is the first time living in FL the past few years that I had no hesitation in renewing my year-long lease. I love my apartment, overall have great neighbors, maintenance staff have always been responsive and accommodating of any requests, and we’re in a great location, even through the hurricanes this fall.

The apartment is fine, we have not had any major issues. We are really impressed with the maintenance team, they are on top of every request we put in and complete it in a timely manner. The management is not the best, they can be rude and not understanding of situations. We have had several negative interactions with them honestly.
