The Fitzgerald staff made the entire process a breeze starting from the tour up until the move in and the customer service is phenomenal. The pool area gives off a resort style atmosphere and the place is absolutely gorgeous at night. Plenty of lounge chairs/cabanas to go around. I can't say enough good things about this complex!

Resort Type Community
I had an outstanding tour with Mailen. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Very elegant, polished community. Pet friendly with superb amenities, like salt a water pool. Homey, cozy, warm environment that makes you feel like home. Exquisite location and walking distance to the heart of Tampa. Close to lively downtown, with restaurants, shops, museums, art, and culture! Enjoy Florida Living in style!

Amazing Place to Live!
Great facility with AMAZING amenities. It truly feels like a 5 star hotel. Management is quick to respond to all requests and the entire property is always kept super clean. They also offer a suite where friends and family can stay at a great price.

Best location , great neighborhood
