I do not recommend. Dont be fooled by the pictures

My husband and I have been living in this amazing community for 1 year. We are absolutely in love with this community. Besides Claudia and Sam being ABSOLUTELY wonderful, the maintenance staff are excellent and super responsive. I can’t rave enough about the maintenance staff because they have their work cut out for them. We have lived in 6 other apartments before this location and the staff are absolutely wonderful, kind, responsive to issues and make living here feel like home. My husband and... I have never been in an apartment that felt more like home…this is no exaggeration.

When we toured the home, I was shocked with the level of storage, beautiful countertops, beautiful wood floors, and the homey and spacious feel of this apartment. The open concept makes this place feel so large especially with the beautiful large windows and high vaulted ceilings. Additional our views of the lake is relaxing and we have seen some incredible sunsets from our window. Front door and gate both uses FOBs to enter ! This is a gated community and by gated…it really is gated. Anyone entering the property either has to provide a code that calls to your phone or use a FOB to get in. Security here is great.

If you are asking about the community, the people here are great. A lot of young professionals, young families, and people with dogs live here. It is quiet and EVERY neighbor has been kind to us. One day a lady stopped to offer to help with restarting our battery because we had a dead battery (we did not know her). Another day, my dog was chocking on bread and another young woman came out to see if we were okay (we did not know her either). This is just the kind of people who live here. Many neighbors are active, out walking the lake in the morning or afternoon with their pets or to get a few laps in around the lake for exercise. The amenities are very nice, the pool is always well kept, and the lawns are always mowed. Neighbors get together and we talk about how well maintained this property is. The maintenance staff do a FABULOUS job. They also host community events other fun community building activities (thank you Sam and Claudia) with beautiful newsletters to keep us informed.

This place is FABULOUS. The Staff are fabulous. The property is fabulous. The neighbors are fabulous. We appreciate all this team does to make this complex feel like home. It truly says a lot about the people that manage this property to ensure it feels this way. Read More

Read the below review about the parking here. Its terrible! Seriously if you live in the first couple buildings, dont expect to park anywhere near your apartment after 5pm. Take a look at the guest parking spots at night, its full of people who have stickers, probably because its the only parking they could get. And to make an already bad situation worse, they have started offering paid parking spots, so people can pay money to get their own spaces! Way to go, make it even more inconvenient for... the rest of us just for a few extra dollars! Read More

I love this place. I have been living here for 9 months and have never had an issue with anything. Maintenance is always prompt and management have always been nice to me. The interior of the apartments is beautiful and I always get compliments from guests. I would definitely renew my lease.

Never seen the rudest property manager ever. Do not rent here. One issue you have and they don't care. When the management gets replaced it might get better. Nothing gets done here at all. Stay away. It is not a family place
