Dont put your name on the wait list. We decided to not rent the apartment and never got out $100 dollars back. They always say “we sent it to corporate so it’s out of our hands”. Also the staff never answers the phone and are very rude. They will pressure you to rent without even seeing the unit

The location and price range makes it seem like such a good deal, but the management is terrible. I thought my experience at Trio would make me glad to have moved there, but now I cannot wait to move out.
At first the staff is very kind and helpful, but they don't like to do their jobs. Applying to live there took us over a month when it could've easily been a 1-week process max. If you call their office they will ignore the call if they don't feel like answering it. They talk about all of... their amenities but don't tell you that the gym and work area close and won't give you the hours. The office is sometimes closed during their supposed "office hours" with no explanation, meaning if you need them, they could care less.
If you try asking them anything they reply very disrespectfully, specially Yolanda and Kat. They were super helpful in the beginning but afterwards it became very difficult to talk to them. They constantly try to end the conversation and wipe their hands by saying "that's not our problem". They cut you off when you speak and try to convince you that nothing is their fault.
If you can avoid living here, I 100% recommend you find a place with somewhat decent management because it makes all the difference. The management here is rude, intolerant, and some of the most unprofessional staff I have ever met and really ruined the experience for me. Read More

This apartment defines all of my expectations and beyond the superior level. Everything is fabulous and I have referred numerous friends to live here and they've all enjoyed it!
