Great leasing staff!

I cannot say enough how thankful I am on the service i received by the leasing office at Vantage Apartments staff. I had been running into a lot of roadblocks when contacting or applying for apartments in the Tampa Bay area. Some of the few apartments i contacted prior to Vantage were all about getting me to apply and paying for the application and administration fees to hold my apartment IF approved, then always received a call that i was denied. Well, i figured to just try one more place,... which happened to be at Vantage Apartments. I immediately told the leasing consultant Serena my prior experiences on applying. She immediately perceived my hesitation on applying. She genuinely empathized with me and told me that she could try to help me as much as she could. I still was hesitant but i needed a place to live so i decided to give it a shot. So, i completed all the paperwork and paid the necessary fees. Then, that same day she instructed and advised me of the things i needed to take care of that were getting me denied. Which none of the previous locations were ever willing to do. I did exactly as i was instructed to do by her and take care of those hiccups. It did not took more than 4 business days for her to work on getting everything sorted out on her end as well and got me approved. Honestly, Serena did a great job on keeping her word and on making things easy, simple and stress free. She always followed up til the very last day when she personally handed me the keys. I could not be more thankful and happy!!!

Save yourself the trouble

the first month i was here, was great.
Between the office staff and the maintenance they seem to have no clue whats going on, there seems to be no communication. Ive had a work order in for my windows since i moved in. They have to emter my apartment constantly, but never for the work orders i put. Left a whole hole in my wall for weeks because my tub was leaking into downstairs.
Its always a arugement to get anything taken care of here.

They also give their vendor access to your appartment...
without maintenance present. Ive never given them permission to have other people/companies enter my apartment. Didnt receive 24 hour notice before entering.

Its so crazy how this place is ran. There is always trash on the grounds especially behinde my building. (Which ive complained about) Office management doesnt enforce people picking up there dogs poop. No security on the pool, every weekend there is a huge party up there, cars all in the street, none of these people live here. My trash is picked up maybe 2 out of the 5 days its supposed to be picked up.



I have a 2 page list of issues ive had with this place since i moved in. I gave them numorous chances to make things right, and things keep getting worst.

I thought after speaking to MIKE MAINTENANCE SUPERIOR things would change, but instead they have done nothing. Now i need to find out how to go above their heads.

Washing machine vendor came out to look at my washer, put the work order in a week ago. I told them i was broken and needs to be replaced. They guy who came out said they dont have anymore to replace them with. Our leasing office has to buy new ones from the and then they will put one in. SO needless to say i still dont have a properly working washing machine.

WHEN I MOVED IN. Came to look at a place a greeted right away by Donna, whom took great care of us. Initially it didn't work out, until the price changed to be in our budget.
So far everything has been easy and stress-free.
But there are a few things keeping this place from 5 stars. A dog park need to be available to residents, I was very disappointed to see there isn't one here. They could also use also few more doggie bag/trash spots.

Nightmare

This place seemed like a steal for the rent, but as soon as you’re a resident the tables turn. They only care about filling every empty unit they don’t care at all about the quality of life. My ac has not been reaching the second bedroom my entire 6 months here yet I was told there was nothing they could do. My washer broke twice, both times the water sat in the washer for days, the second time there was dirty water sitting in there for almost two weeks making my entire apartment reek of sewage.... After being assured time and time again the work orders were scheduled with the “third party for appliances” and being told “it’s going to be replaced tomorrow for sure”, I was once again left with no washer. Maintenance will lie to you simply because they are too lazy to fix anything and are just there for a paycheck. Forget about getting a call returned unless you’re a prospective resident. They close work orders that have not been addressed without even an email or a call. I’ve never seen such a poorly run complex in my entire life, it’s really sad that management had to ruin this property.

what a joke

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don't expect to have anyone come visit you, their vehicle will get towed in less than 30mins then enjoy spending $200 to get it released. Maintenance is a joke and if you're lucky you might be able take advantage of the pool if it's not "under-construction"

BREAK IN AND HOMELESS CENTRAL!

BREAK IN AND HOMELESS CENTRAL!

My vehicle has been broken into twice in the past few weeks. I call to notify the office the first time and never received a call back about it. No notices were sent to the property to notify the other residents and now it has happened again, the punk even left his skateboard in my trunk. In addition the homeless come and break into and sleep in all of the vacant units here. For weeks I caught a number of young homeless kids on camera sneaking into the unit next...
to mine. While I understand that the staff does what is with in their ability, the owners do not seem to care about the community or its residents. The multitude of management changes is unbelievable because the companies hired to come in and maintain the property are just sick of the owners not taking care of life safety issues or paying bills! I don't know how the office staff puts up with them either! At this point I know that security will not even be considered. The units are nice, management does their best with what they have to work with, but I feel its necessary to put this review online so that the potential prospects are aware it is an area of concern, and I'm certain no changes will come!
