The Good: There are many great aspects of this apartment. The location is excellent, offering easy accessibility and a well-designed layout. Having a variety of shops and businesses nearby adds to the overall convenience. Additionally, the maintenance team has been outstanding, addressing all my work orders promptly and within the expected time frame.
Management has also been amazing since I moved in. Despite some serious issues with the apartment, the manager and the team have been proactive... in resolving them. They haven’t ignored or pushed aside my concerns; instead, they’ve consistently taken action to address them.
The Not-So-Good: While the building is a bit older, it has been well-maintained, and overall, the property is in great condition. I truly enjoy living here. That said, I do have one major issue, which I’ll leave open for now.

Changing was not complete they changed the manifold but not the shower which was 50% of the problem
