Been living here for 11.5 years total. Maintenance has always been good but now it's even better with the new ownership and management team. The grounds are being up dated, gym as well. Maintenance responds fast and are always very courteous.

The maintenance team here is amazing especially Jose Ayala. He came and fixed my plumbing and lights very quickly and his professionalism is beyond reproach. Jose definitely deserves a raise and this community is a dream to live in.

Been living here fir 11 years. I hear complaints from people in other communities about delays in repairs with maintenance. Fortunately that us not the case here. In fact, with the new management, it's even improved. And the maintenance crew are respectful and friendly.
