DESERVES 0 stars. WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRICKS. I WAS IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE AT FIRST, that quickly ENDED. I lived in apt 3467 Pine Trace Circle. Upon moving in, we had our floor ripped up because of an old leak that was never fixed (just covered up), we had mold multiple times through the entire house. The life changing issue that caused me to vacate was the UNBEARABLE, UNTREATED termites. THAT APARTMENT IS INFESTED. The property manager Rosary admitted to my face that she... neglected the treatment for termites in our unit and never send anyone out. We were forced to leave and now she will not contact me back, neither will the corporate office. I had to pull my call records to document all of the times I have called and been ignored for my attorney. DO not rent here. It is horrible, termites in my cereal containers, termites in the bathroom shower, vanities, behind dishwasher, our dishes. To make everything worse ALL OF OUR FURNITURE had termite damage and we moved out with NOTHING. Everything that they find as an issue is covered up and patched, NOT FIXED. This place will strip you of everything you own. Recently received a huge “bill” from corporate even though miss Rosary, said that they were too busy to call me back they didn’t have an issue sending me a letter. UNIT 3467 is infested with termites disgusting place to live. Bloomingdale Woods is nothing like they describe it, please do not let them ruin you as they are doing me (currently 5 months pregnant, could not live in that trash).

0/10! ROACHES, MOLD, RATS!!!
They literally BRIBE people for good reviews online by raffling AirPods! Bloomingdale Woods has literally been a living nightmare. From rats and roaches, to constant leaks and flooding, to toxic black mold and horrible management. I unfortunately only found about these things after moving in but have pictures and proof of everything! Please please please do not move into this apartment community. It is cheaper than others for a reason. I was even constantly getting sick from the mold in the... apartment and my pets for severe allergies. This place was a living nightmare but I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Management is also coming extremely rude, sarcastic, and unhelpful.

Great place to live!!!
I have lived here for over 2 years. This place is awesome!!! The staff is very friendly and efficient when something needs to be done. The location is close to many stores which is a plus. They keep the pool looking great and grounds clean and manicured. Highly recommend this friendly environment to live in.????????

great place to call home
Great apartment, management and everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. Feel safe and the apartments are comfortable and are well kept compared to others.Also a great area in general and walking distance to pretty much everything, Walmart Publix Walgreens etc.
