Amazing

Great experience, staff is very friendly and the turnaround time for my whole move in situation was fast. Units are extremely spacious and kept very clean. I’m extremely pleased with my whole overall move in experience.

Not worth the High rental price

FIRST; Great location, proximity to I-95, shopping, dining, schools, ect.
SECOND; Brand New Luxury Gated apartment complex, with lots of amenities, well landscaped grounds, ponds with fountain features, very scenic and serene.
THIRD; Cheap construction, the walls are paper thin, try having intimate relations knowing your neighbors can hear EVERYTHING! Yours/theirs conversation, babies crying, ect.
Fourth; Interior materials used, cheap looking/feeling Formica/Laminate countertops with chips and...
nicks already present.
Fifth; exterior Bugs, flies, spiders, ants, silver fishes, wasps, bees, ect. Maintenance sprays but it seems to be non effective, so I suggest you buy your own bug spray and spray both entrance door way and patio/ balcony areas.
Sixth; "Choose Kindness" motto, LAUGHABLE! Money talks and everything else walks.
Seventh; PARKING, not enough parking spaces in front of certain buildings. If you are unfortunate to come home after 6pm Mon-Fri, prepare to drive around hoping to find the nearest open parking spot, and then prepare walk to your building. Or managements solutions is that you park outside the security of the gates by the mailbox center or office /clubhouse. Again, be prepared to Walk.
Eighth; Larger than normal interior living space compared to other communities.
Ninth; IMHO, Not worth the high rental prices, especially when the exterior grounds / features do not match the interior living space esthetics.
