Don’t fall for the fake reviews!!!

This place is an absolute dumpster of an apartment. There’s a ton of roaches, leaky pipes that the office refuses to fix, loud music at all times of night from the apartment complex adjacent to Serrano, and the constant soliciting due to anyone being able to come in. Yes, the complex is gated but it is left open when the rude leasing office manager is on the clock meaning Monday-Friday 9am-5pm the gates are wide open. What’s the point of a gated community if it’s open during business hours? If... you must live here, make it short term then run for the hills!!!

Don't waste your money.

This complex is awful and the new staff makes it even worse. Been here for 5 months and half my electricity works and is a major fire hazard (sparks when plugging things in), my washer is running up my water bill because it leaks, my shower doesn't change temperature, they are WAY overpriced for the half broken, outdated equipment they have in their "gym". The "security" gates they promote are always broken or left open. Honestly a waste of a deposit and not worth the high rent.

RUN FAR FAR AWAY

I currently live here and am counting down the days minutes and seconds for my lease to be up. The maintenance is a joke, the manager is rude and full of lies, the office staff is on a revolving door and none of them know what they are doing. The "emergency" maintenance number is never answered and if you leave a message they do not answer. I had a huge leak in my bathroom, one of the water hose burst and after my husband found the main water line and shut it off, we had to go to home depot... right and buy the piece needed to fix only for the maintenance man to show up 4 hours after we called and fixed the issues ourselves. Then our a/c broke and after being lied to, and getting the run around for about 3 weeks they finally fixed it. But did not offer any help or a discount on rent since our light bill went through the roof. The security gates never work and people come in and out of there like nothing. There is a person that does not live there and set up a mobile car wash and services cars for people that do not live there. They have stopped doing pest control but it is still included in the rent, the gym is a joke and half the machines do not work. IN short RUN AS FAR AWAY as you can. The rent is high and the quality is beyond low. RUN do not WASTE you TIME or MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
