Do not rent here, ever The adds are misleading and the apartment was a disaster upon move in. Dirty all over, broken window locks and door security. rusty fridge, No dishwasher even though the apartment advert shows one, The one closet was missing all rails or shelves, AC blowing dust as they had not been cleaned and damaged vinyl floor although supposed to be brand new. The cherry on top was the communal laundry which was so dirty you couldn't tell what color the machines were. Unfortunately i... had applied sight unseen since I was traveling across the country to FL at the time, so the perfect target for these scam artists. They refused to break the lease even though they reneged on their end for a clean and ready apartment and when i threatened to write to the papers about them and make sure they know how bad the place is, I was threatened with eviction and the police being called. Ended up losing the deposit and the months rent. The only star in all of this is the lease agent Mariela. Polite and professional the entire time, the only person I dealt with who deserves 5/5 stars. Her boss and the rude and arrogant manager from New Jersey (name not worth remembering) are poor representatives of the lease company.
TLDR - Don't rent at this disaster of a place.

Needs Better Service
I scheduled a tour a month in advance (Feb 8th) only to be told on the day of my tour (Mar 18) that it was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled. It’s such an inconvenience as I had took time off work and traveled from NEW YORK!! I guess southern hospitality isn’t a decree in this business.

Great place to live at
This place is decent. The apartments are nice and renovated ( 2711) . They respond very quickly to maintenance ( 24hours) . Only complaint is the laundry area that is very dirty in the 2711 apartment building . Great distance from the beach (8-10 mn drive) and downtown
