My car was parked in a guest parking for 2 days and then when I comeback to use my car I found that someone broke my windshield very sad situation and sad that criminal activities are present there. So need to be very careful there

DON'T RENT HERE
Save yourself some headaches and money! All they want is your money. Fees, fees, fees... also, our lease was increased $1000, we signed a 7 month lease, when the renewal time came, they wanted to increase another $500... so we decided to move out. After moving out, of course they found a "way" to keep our security deposit, charging things we didn't agree on. Save yourself some headaches and money!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE
?? I wish I could give zero or negative stars. there’s nothing to like about this place they renamed, to a stooped ridiculous, nonsense name. Do NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! This is the worst place in Weston. They nickel and dime. Tell lies and are incompetent. Everyone is moving out because the horrible new management. They leave stickers on your car that cannot even come off, they leave fines for garbage, the office staff is rude, the pool is always closed. They only make it seem okay when you come to... sign lease but it’s hell after that. None of the pics are of actual rhapsody residents. They’re all fake and a part of the bad and the lies this place is. STAY AWAY!!!

We place a warning sticker on the car to give our residents the opportunity to move the... vehicle and inform them of our policy. Most convenient place in weston
I love San Michelle Aparments because is so convinient, easy to move in, we bring a few requirements and in a few days we were already installed at home. The town center, supermarket and pharmacy are within walking distance, which is much to say in Florida. Besides all assigned schools are A . It is the perfect place to live in peace and raise children.
