Hopefully Quantum, the community's internet service provider, was quickly able to take care of any WiFi issues you had, and it looks like our maintenance team reconnected your icemaker as soon as they received the work... order. We apologize the gates were left open the weekend you moved in, but that was done for safety concerns since there was a hurricane passing by the state that effected our area. The storm also effected the system, not allowing us to create gate transponders or FOBs that weekend, but thankfully we got that fixed shortly after the storm passed. As far as construction is concerned, there shouldn't have been anything taking place in your home, but we are a newly constructed community and there may be small projects going on from time to time. We are installing turf in all backyards now for example. Nonetheless, we are grateful you chose to call this community your new home.
