I have lived here for over 4yrs and never had an issue with getting things repaired. I have lived here 4yrs the only thing I have had rep[aced is the dishwasher. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The Staff was there for me when my wife passed away, what other apartment management would do that for you. They even worked we me when I had a financial issue. I would extremely recommend Della Vita Apartments to anyone that wants a friendly and family place to live.

The staff here has amazing customer service skills and every resident I’ve met has been nice. One of my neighbors even helped me carry in heavy boxes when I was moving in. It’s quiet and we haven’t had an issues. It’s our first month and we’re already happy.
