On first day of move in I discovered the unit I was put into (1802) was roach infested. Dead ones, live ones, baby ones you name it. In one closet I opened 3 middle aged ones ran out of it. Luckily I was able to get my money back or else a lawyer would have been involved SAVE YOUR MONEY

Not The Best
Apartments are small but if you are good with organization you can really maximize the space. The kitchen is a very good size for an apartment and looks very nice with new cabinets, countertops and appliances. Overall, the aesthetics are very pleasing. As far as living here actually goes, I don't recommend it. Prepare for a lot of mandatory monthly expenses such as paying per parking spot, trash, and pest control. I don't know what the trash fee is for when you have to take it to the dumpster... yourself. Cannot put trash on front or back porch or you will be fined. Front gates of community didn't even work for the last two months. Employees take pictures of you walking your pets through the complex so they can try to catch you not picking up after them and fine you (which is not mentioned in the lease). Walls are paper thin so if you speak above a whisper or like watching tv without subtitles you'll definitely receive noise complaints. You'll also be able to hear everything else your neighbors do as a result. Maintenance is very slow, took over two months to have some of our issues addressed. They show up with no notice and once didn't even knock before attempting to open our door. Good luck contacting the leasing office with any issues because they don't fix anything. Overall, wouldn't recommend to anybody.

You'll lose money when you leave, no matter what
I was there for 2 years, and had very little issues, but now that I've moved out it seems they want to get as much of my security deposit as they can. During the move as we went to unload our first truck-load of boxes and furniture, they let themselves in and inspected the place, and notified me that all they wanted was for me to clean the stove. Sure! They offer a $100 cleaning service when you're moving out, which I opted out of. Me and my fiance were in a 1 bedroom apartment with no pets, no... kids, no smoking, and only had 1 roach visit us... so there wasnt much to clean to begin with. Well I spent 3 hours cleaning it, with pictures to prove, that it was SPOTLESS. But when I handed in the keys the next day (Friday), they didn't want to see the room with me because the person who 'had' to do wouldn't be back till Monday... ok. Well in the final statement, I'm charged $40 for carpet cleaning/stain removal and $50 for cleaning... I did everything by the book and it meant nothing. Be prepared to lose a chuck of your security deposit no matter which option you choose.
