First I would say this is a very safe and quiet apartment. The maintenance guys are amazing! They are always fast with coming to help out whenever we put a work order in and they are polite and I feel safe around them. They are always looking out for everyone. The front office people are really nice and we have never had any problems with management. The apartments are nice on the inside and whenever you move in they give you new carpet and paint so that’s nice ! The only bad thing is they... don’t have laundry in the units but they have 4 on property and they are all very clean. I Love living at Sorrento

I wish they had a gym , but there are several close . The staff is very nice , I would recommend .

I and my family were living in a mobile home that was awful. The landlord refuses to fix the holes in the walls and floors. As well as other horrible living conditions. And the rent was being increased every year in large amounts. My friend told me about Sorrento Apartments where she lived. After calling the front office, I knew that this was where we wanted to move to. The ladies in the front office are so sweet and helpful. So we moved in at the beginning of October. We discovered the back... porch light, and the overhead light on the stove were out. And the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. When we called to report these items, we were in great shock when maintenance knocked on the door 10 minutes later. All of the staff here are friendly and professional. It is an absolute joy to chat with them. You can see the care and love that all of the staff put into the complex from the grass, sidewalks, laundry mats, and even some great decorations during the holidays. I have lived in Sorrento for the last 6 years. No other rental community feels like home, but this one. The office staff are friendly and easy to contact if you need it. Once you call the office, for whatever reason, the answer is immediately. The staff dedicated body and soul to resolved any issue ASAP. For, example, Javier took care of an issue, some time ago, was very proactive and quick with answers and most importantly, quick with solutions.
