Great team and Excellent support


I'm thoroughly impressed with my experience so far.

It is clear that the management takes pride in the appearance of the property and works hard to keep everything in great condition.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for Taylor and everything he has done to make me feel comfortable and welcome. From the moment I arrived, Taylor has gone above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs are met and that I am able to settle in seamlessly.

He is incredibly knowledgeable and...
helpful, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I am comfortable and happy. Whether it's offering helpful tips and advice or taking the time to answer all of my questions, he truly goes above and beyond to make sure that I feel supported and taken care of.

I had short interaction with Aliya too and as soon as I report and small issue and returned home, Daniel showed up in like 5 mins and fixed it. Big shout out to both of them, its people like these that makes good business a great one.

Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to move into this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Management process is very non-ethical

Extremely unsatisfied and Unhappy for being lived here for simple reason that lease management here is NOT Honest and does NOT have any business ETHICS. They sent the apartment fine for Debt recovery post I paid them money in full it pulled down my credit score 120 points down. While inquiring about this rectification they said we sent it recovery so deal with them as they cannot call the recovery company for their update which is very weird.
Also they do not respect anyone after they move IN...
or OUT but only for people who Move IN are treated fair and square. Beware of this , I would NOT recommend anyone to MOVE IN here because of simple reason that they do not treat people as people when they see Money in conflicts or try to suck it out of your pocket as much possible and they would easily turn table against you as needed.

Note: I paid damage recovery fine for apartment which got remodel completely after we moved out. So I paid money for the items which they would have eventually scrapped :-(

Things have been better before

The service tickets gets closed prematurely without attending. The main phone number is not attended with NO option to even leave a voice message. Not sure what is the turn-around time for my email complaints.

Cockroaches are a major problem, they are everywhere.

The car vacuum facility is switched off most of the time, or atleast whenever I tried to use it.

The rents are high, but not service quality is really low.

Lazy all around from the Property Manager to the Leasing Consultants to Maintenance

This is easily the worst apartment complex in the world. The Property manager is extremely lazy and it rubs right off onto the leasing consultants and maintenance. I literally had to call corporate to get my refrigerator replaced. I've asked for touch up paint for my apartment since I've lived in it since 2018 and when they finally got it it was the wrong color. The rent is cheap so that is the only reason I still live here but there's no way I will be here next year. 0/10 do not recommend... living here.

it being 3 years since you moved in, paint changes from the manufacturer, and with the national paint shortage with Covid, there have been some challenges. I know that we replaced the refrigerator several months ago with a brand new one, plus maintenance did come over to color match the paint in your apartment home. Once the paint was picked up, the maintenance supervisor painted the whole wall for you and several other areas in the apartment. Enough is enough

Let me start by saying, I like the mgmt and maintenance people, but I have a short lease and it’s been a horrible experience for me. Too much gaslighting about my concerns. I live in the back, near the YMCA entrance, and there’s always limited parking. Residents also park other vehicles back there.. some haven’t moved in months. Thus, never enough parking for residents who live in the back. Too often, cars are illegally parked in handicapped parking.

Mostly, my big concerns were proper care of...
pets—I should not have dog pee leaking onto my patio/balcony area. And, last month, dog poop was left on my doormat. Since I can’t identity whose dog, I’ve been told, I shouldn’t find that harassment.

I’m constantly cold in my Unit too. I didn’t have heat, at all, on one of the coldest nights last fall. Maintenance came at about noon the following day. My kids and I dressed for winter weather, coats & layers, while indoors. We have cold bedrooms too, aggravating my sinus issues.

And, my oven handle has fallen off at least 3-4 times. I was told that this is a removed unit. So, I should not have these issues.

It’s actually not the luxury apartment I pay for and expected. Next time, because I’m leaving here, I need to know that mgmt doesn’t just talk a good talk.. I need to see my lease and community rules enforced.

We are sincerely apologetic that you have not enjoyed your time with us. We have done everything within our control to amend the issues you have had. We have had our courtesy officer patrol the parking area in order to tag any inoperable or misplaced... vehicles as well as ticket any handicap parking violators. In regards to the pet issue we reached to out the above resident each time an issue was reported as well as sent a formal written notice that their account would be charged shall it continue. We have not heard of any other issues regarding the patio since the end of last year. We understand the disturbance of walking out to find dog waste on your doormat, however, our maintenance staff attended to it immediately and had it removed. Since there were no witnesses to the incident nor any evidence of where it came from we are unable to hold the responsible party accountable and because it was an isolated incident it could not be determined as an act of harassment. During the time of the heating incident, there was emergency heat within the apartment and as you stated in your email the temperature of the apartment did not fall below 70 degrees. We addressed the issue within 24 hours and any other maintenance concerns were handled within 24 hours as well. We have communicated with you each time an issue has been brought up and have done our absolute best to resolve all matters accordingly.
