Maintanance request are resolved very quickly. Very clean apartments and safe and active community. You might get one or two bugs but they do a good job of fumigating when requested and periodically.

The location and apartments are great and the community is absolutely wonderful. The office and maintenance crew are very communicative and Arthur has quickly resolved any issues we've had. We really enjoy living here!

This is a great apartment complex but it’s a little rundown. It needs minor upgrades, such as faucet fixtures, fireplace mantle, flooring and even the light switches. They are also a tad bit dirty. They could clean the breezeways and paint the paint the railings and it would be so much better.
