This was terrible process through and through. The units are nasty with peeling flooring and mold throughout. Don't expect them to clean mold and make sure to read mold section in lease. I’m approaching the 6 months mark since moving in & it has been great. Clean community and they are constantly improving; whether it’s how to communicate with residents or requesting maintenance. I moved back home from Atlanta and this was the only property I saw myself moving too. Very satisfied!

It’s very nice, peaceful, and quiet. It’s in a nice neighborhood. Not to far from Walmart, where I can do my everyday shopping!

I moved here in 2022, and I was very excited. They welcomed me and fiance and our little small dog. That’s one of the reason why we moved here; they understand people love their animals. And if treated good and kept on a leach everything will be fine. However, there are a several problems about living here. Rent is way too high for this area! And going up steadily!! I would understand if they came and renovated but they haven’t, and if something breaks or need replacing! Good luck!
