Bad area. Multiple car break ins and stolen cars. The manager is unprofessional and rude.

12th and James has been an absolute pleasure. The rooms are clean, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and the staff is wonderful! Kennedy at the front desk was super helpful and sweet, it truly made my day. Thank you 12th and James!

I’ve been here for about four months. I have always want to move here great staff if you’re visiting Atlanta or wanting to stay 12th and James Apartments is the place you wanna be!!
