Avoid these apartments!

Bad area. Multiple car break ins and stolen cars. The manager is unprofessional and rude.

I LOVE IT HERE

12th and James has been an absolute pleasure. The rooms are clean, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and the staff is wonderful! Kennedy at the front desk was super helpful and sweet, it truly made my day. Thank you 12th and James!
