I have been at this property since 2021. Instead of breaking my lease I decided to transfer to a bigger unit. Jamarquis was super helpful and professional in this decision! I attended a community event for the first time, and it was amazing, I plan to participate in more. I look forward to another year at 2050 ;-). I literally never leave reviews, so this says a lot.

love this place
2050 is a clean, beautiful and friendly community! They are very dog friendly and have a beautiful space dedicated to them outside! Every day I find new things to love about 2050!

Poor Management
The property management at this complex was horrible and even worse at the Corporate Office. There was no stability in leadership for the property.I witnessed at least three different management companies manage the property while there and an even higher turnover rate with the office staff, including the property manager. The last one was clueless and never responded. I would STRONGLY advise anyone against concerning living here. However, if you do have your unit tested for mold and mildew... before moving into it because it’s present in some of the units in spite of cosmetic repairs. Overall look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

poor management, poor communication
I inquired about this property and also decided to give them a call. No answer. I emailed them, and they seemed so concerned JUST to ignore my email again when I replied. I understand everyone is busy, but it takes a few minutes to help someone out. I hope they get people who actually would like to do their job.

The staff is awesome, the amenities are great, the apartments are beautiful
