The apartment is located in close proximity to GA Tech and many other office buildings. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away from the building - making it convenient for grocery shopping.
Can't express enough appreciation for the building's management team, who are always professional and ready to help. Maintenance is timely too.
Gym facilities / public area is clean and well-maintained.

The maintenance team is incredibly friendly and has done a great job resolving the requests I’ve submitted recently. They consistently respond to my requests on the same day, ensuring everything is promptly taken care of.  Special shout out to Kelvin for the great help so far!

I love this complex! I enjoy all of the amenities offered and how friendly everyone is. Tory and Nyko, along with all of the other employees I have met, are always happy to help you with any issues with a smile on their faces. I definitely would recommend this spot to anyone! It’s a great location, too! So walkable and nice.

Lovely property! I got to tour this property with the leasing manager Keturah and she did such a great job! She really had me almost ready to move in when she walked through the amenities. One thing I look for in a property is a great leasing agent and she did not disappoint. She walked through the finishes, design decisions, and even gave me great advice on how I could design things when I move in. She also had great insight on the area as well. The property is very dog friendly which is one of... my favorite things and it does not stink at all. They take great care of the property and I love that you can casually see and talk to the leasing officers. Despite being assured that everything was ready for moving a week in advance, when we arrived from out of state to unload our moving truck, we were told that the apartment had not been cleaned or painted and that a crew would be sent to do that later (after we unloaded all of our things). The apartment was dirty to the point where we could not stay there and had to find other accommodations. The bedroom smells of urine and after seeing the state of the apartment, is it difficult to wrap my head... around living there. We are disheartened because we chose Alexan because of the reviews about management however our experience so far is not good. Had we been informed that there was a delay in getting the apartment ready, we could have shifted our schedules and moved in a little bit later in the week but nothing was communicated to us in advance.
