I've been living at Alton East since 2023. It's a cool place to live. I like that there is always something to do in the area and the people are generally nice. Nothing negative to say really, it does get super packed over here with the popularity of the Eastern, but other than that it's great if you like to enjoy things within in a walking distance or even host (clubhouse, sky lounge, etc). The people downstairs are also really nice and helpful. Take a tour and see for yourself. ;)

We have lived at Alton East since 2021 and have had a great experience. The maintenance staff is super responsive and helpful and have made our time staying here worth while. We would recommend leasing here.

The only reliable part of the living experience here was maintenance. Anytime I sent in a request, they were there in leas than 24 hours. Otherwise, this was a terrible property to live at. Management is unorganized and non-communicative. Safety is a joke, as the “lockdown” method they use is pointless when the key fobs and parking decals aren’t deactivated when “lost” or residents move out. Car break ins are very, very typical here. My apartment was broken into as well. The property elevators... STINK of dog pee. When brought up to management, it goes unaddressed. These apartments have gone downhill since the first management changed. The elevator/stairs are often nasty and chutes are overfilled/nasty. The parking gates never work! I feel so unsafe living here. If it’s not the parking gate doesn’t work, then it’s the elevator, if it’s not that then it’s the doors. I know people who have had their apartments broken into and their cars. I hope someone sues them for negligence one day!
