I have recently moved out. I made it work by doing my own fixes around the apartment. Getting a maintenance person was hard. My closet fell apart on me and no help. I put up MY OWN hallway doors and the maintenance told me Good Job. Like crazy. I can't get my security deposit back now. No one is answering me and giving me the run around. I never expected this to happen. I tried to make it all work.
The trash gets overwhelming as well. Nothing is enforced to stop the filth. And kids just throw... everything down.
They people let they kids roam everywhere. Shootings happen. My car got shot up at 4 am one morning and no one did anything. The complex gave me the run around, and nothing. People steal right from under you and your packages. Just don't do it. Not worth it

Great Property Manager!
The property manager Rhonda is fantastic. She does a great job managing the property. If you let her know there's a problem she's on it. She in my opinion goes above and beyond for her tenants.

1st Apartment!
So Aspen courts is my first apartment on my own. In my name & the process was so much more easier than a lot of places I didn’t have to pay for a co signed because I didn’t have renters history they just trusted the fact that I would pay my rent on time which is a big risk in their end . But before moving in last year I read the reviews and only thing caught my attention was how Ms. Rhonda did this and did that also how she was the best leasing agent. I was skeptical because of everything that I... heard about the apartments. I ended up meeting Rhonda and her energy and personality was just amazing. She worked with me with whatever I needed. No attitude no hassle. In the past it was a lot of work but the associates some together as a whole to try and make it better from Rhonda, to Johnny the maintenance tech, the security etc I’m also seeing their faces! I just wanna say before you make a decision to not move in it’ll get you by, it’ll allow you to save .. I haven’t had no complaints, haven’t had to complain on anybody , it’s quiet don’t really hear a lot of anything but music lol I mind my business but just wanted to say thank you to the Aspen Courts Family .
