So far so good haven’t had any real issues. Anything that I did have an issue with was addressed and resolved very quickly. Maintenance is on point.

Property Management
The management team doesn’t do a good job of monitoring parties or following up on the rules they enforce. There also is no courtesy officer on the property and I think that is absurd. The gate is always broken, you have to pay for a remote for the gate, and when the leasing office isn’t open, it’s impossible to get help from anyone associated with the property. I cannot wait to move.

New Manager Mel has great customer service and made himself available. He was very knowledgeable of the community and answered all my questions. He would be one of the main reasons I rent at the property. The location is everything which is important to me. 5 stars Avana Cheshire Bridge and 5 stars to Mel!
