So far I’ve loved being part of this community. It’s quiet and safe. The area is nice, and I like the fact that I’m minutes away from everything.

Too many late night parties with loud music
Trash thrown in the parking lot frequently
Cars constantly parked in the street (not parking spots)
Valet trash not picked up as scheduled

I like it here with a few exceptions. The car break-ins are an expensive problem. The property is kept well. The tenants varies. Mainly the property can be revive if someone cared enough.

nothing have never got fixed in my apartment. I moved in July 5 and my apartment is damaged. Nobody did not do anything about it is now October 22, 2024
