I've been here 2 years and I really haven't had any issues here. When I do have a service problem it's handle fairly quickly. Just be ware that it's an older building so it's common you may hear your neighbor but the price offsets this issue. Great location that central Atlanta.

Welcome To Your New Home/Party Space
I lived at the property for 4 years and only stayed because it's super convenient to work.
Everything here is always broken! Anyone can get into a building that is supposedly a "Controlled Access Community." I woke up to a homeless person outside of my door une morning, management never addressed or looked into the issue.
If you’re young and want to party constantly and have your home feel like an event space this building is perfect for you. Recently a commercial renter has been throwing... events on the roof that are LOUD and allow all types of access into the building. Sometimes there’s a party EVERY day and maybe 2 on Saturday and/or Sunday, and you’ll receive little to no notice from management. And the person running the parties will tell you that you can PAY to reserve the rooftop space if your home if you don’t want her to host events there.
There's always trash in the hallways - so it stinks.
If you are a professional person that seeks a quiet and peaceful environment - this is not the home for you.
Management always changes, and even where there is someone managing the building they're not the most competent or responsive to issues. I honestly have no idea who is in charge or who to to go to for issues.
