All bad reviews about this location are true.
This property is poorly managed. The staff is as trash as the garbage that piles up outside the dumpster. The property is poorly maintenance and there’s garbage everywhere. The management team is rude and isn’t proactive in doing their jobs, until it comes time to evict someone. The gate is always broken and they’re a are frequent shootings in the area. The price I’m paying at this location I could be easily paying closer into the city for a nicer more peaceful place. By newly renovated they... mean cosmetic work and barely that. It’s not worth it.

Do not move here
You’ll regret it. There is constant water issues, constant trash issues, maintenance is unreliable. They pick and choose what they want to fix and they come whenever they want. Terrible place. No management change will help. They are more concerned with money and image.
If you see good reviews they most like ran a raffle or something to get positive feedback. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

Overlook Ridge Apartments
The units are newly renovated with plenty space. I feel safe in a gated community. We have had trash build up but it’s going down now that we are doing valet trash pick up.
