I love this complex which is why I renewed my lease. It’s in the middle of everything yet it still is peaceful. Love sitting on my balcony and relaxing because it’s so quiet.

Good apartment, yet management team is just fine. They try to make things convenient for them at the cost of their residents. So if you leave here, you have to pay a lot extra. Also, the maintenance is not very responsive. This place has safety issues that last for almost a year, yet the management team do nothing though several residents has asked them.

Steelworks is a great place to live! It feels safe, and it is close to everything needed. The people are friendly and helpful. The property management changeover was a little hairy, but it's all good now.

Great community. Maintenance is pretty reliable. Nice amenities, pool and clubroom are nice and always clean which is nice to have in an apartment.

As a student, I can say that this is a nice location to stay, with Target/Publix/Atlantic Station just a walk away.

I had some initial issues with my utilities (eg. valet trash), but Deja at the front office helped me sort them out! She also helped a lot during the whole leasing process, and was quite responsive.

Fetch being mandatory feels like a little bit of an inconvenience, since it's not locker-based - packages go to a warehouse from where you decide when to get it home-delivered, which... adds time to your delivery timeline.
