Beautiful apartment complex. Very clean. Staff is super friendly. My leasing consultant Stacie was very patient with all the questions we asked. She has an amazing personality. She made me feel like The Penman was a safe complex for me to live in. I am super excited to move in! Thank you Stacie!

The staff, particularly Antonio, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional while we were apartment hunting. He was ultimately a big part of why we moved in. Can’t wait to use the beautiful pool once it warms up and the gym once it’s completed.

The community is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but yet close to so many amenities! I love the proximity to everything i would want to do.

I love the Penman. the locations is great - city living with country vibe.
Everyone has been open and flexible -Listened to suggestions and implemented them to improve access for residence.
