The headline to this review is what the property manager and the rest of the staff loves to say to their residents. The ceiling in my apartment just caved in completely. The manager said it was not her responsibility to address the issue, nor to find living accommodations for my family. I had called the office earlier to alert them of the issue before they closed and I witnessed the property manager close the office early so as to not speak to us after reporting the problem of the ceiling caving... in.

You get what you pay for
The management team is nice and friendly, but they can be little unorganized though. The maintenance team however, is lazy and sometimes doesn’t know what they’re doing. They don’t take care of the conditions of the building and the stairs are not in great shape. Every once in a while, you will catch a baby cockroach on the wall. They usually paint over old doors and wall. The sad part is that the maintenance team cut off the only coax cable on the wall in my apartment making it hard for me to... get internet in the apartment properly. My internet provider had no choice to drill a hole into the wall for me to have internet and connect the wires into an electric box outlet. The doors also don’t close properly. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors above you and outside. Living here, however, you will be charged for $100 for water/gas every month. At first, I thought it was already included in the rent but instead it’s additional to the rent. It is what it is.
The best part about living in Sierra Terrace is the convenience of being on Buford Highway. You are 10 minutes away from Lenox and surrounded by different Hispanic and Asian restaurants. Which is why I moved here in the first place. Everyone here seems to mind their own business and are friendly. The management team is trying their best and I respect that.

Great place to live
I really like this place the new management has been great the leasing office manager tania, is absolutely amazing she is caring and know how to take care of business, in top of that the company just replace all the roofs I just enjoy living here

Does anyone work here?
Called 3 different numbers trying to get information and was met with varying levels of NO ANSWER. If they can't answer the phone for prospective renters, then I doubt they're much better once they have your signature and deposit.
