I would give it 5 stars if the trash pickup was consistent. Had an animal get into my trash one night. Everything else has been good so far.

It is a relatively quiet property that is close to a mall, restaurants, and grocery stores, etc. Management tries to keep the appearance of the community appealing, however, there are too many times when the 3rd party trash collection crew doesn't work, and the trash accumulates accordingly.
I don't even use the service, but I still have to pay for it.

The staff have been great - we’ve had some problems in our unit upon moving in because we don’t think the previous tenets took care of the unit well and the staff have been very helpful. We love the location and the access to walking trails since we have a dog.

Love it here staff is awesome! Been living here for 1 full year and have nothing but great things to say. Maintenance comes quickly for request which is another bonus! I had to renew my lease for another year term

The first few weeks have been mostly good, but we are still waiting for out washer and dryer to be delivered. Otherwise maintenance has been quick to address issues and the leasing staff is friendly and professional.
