Security Deposit is generally $1,250.00 IF credit scores meet the minimum credit score requirement (620 or higher). If approved, the security deposit must be paid within 48 hours to secure and remove the home from the market.

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
NO housing vouchers are accepted for this rental.
Tenant pays all utilities (water, electric, and gas, etc.) and landscaping.

APPLICATION INFORMATION & FEES:
Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. EVERY person 18 or older is REQUIRED to place a SEPARATE application.
There is a one-time admin fee of $75, which is due, if approved, at the same time as the first month's rent.
