Do not move here!!!! There’s constant leakage of water from the bathrooms and the Air conditioner. Even leaking from fixtures. Bugs and no pest control. The Management/Staff are the most unprofessional, incompetent and non responsive to any issues that arises. Things will go undone and upper management are just as clueless as the onsite staff.

Lovely property and friendly staff I moved to The Ashford Brookhaven in June 2024. So far, I can honestly say that it’s been the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in. The rooms are spacious, bright and airy with many windows and my balcony overlooking the forest is such a tranquil place to chill and drink my morning coffee.
The storage space is phenomenal. I have two hall closets, a pantry and his and hers walk-in closets in my master bedroom. There is also a spacious closet in my... guest bedroom. Even some of the details are well thought out - I love the speckled bathroom sinks that don’t show the dirt as easily.
An added bonus is the spacious and pretty clubhouse where you can hang out and watch TV or chill and do your work. The pool is really inviting also, and they even organize resident events such as pool parties.
I really have felt very welcome here, and I even enjoy walking around the beautifully wooded complex.
The fact that this is a gated community makes it feel more secure too.

Gate always broken
Gate is always broken and there are these weird little bugs that I’ve never seen before in my life. Apartments are spacious but they are old no matter how hard they try to come cover up with renovations
