2 Weeks to Replace Oven Element Over 2 weeks to replace an oven element. 12 days to show up. 3 days to get part and replace.

Do not move here!!!! There’s constant leakage of water from the bathrooms and the Air conditioner. Even leaking from fixtures. Bugs and no pest control.
The Management/Staff are the most unprofessional, incompetent and non responsive to any issues that arises. Things will go undone and upper management are just as clueless as the onsite staff.
