The apartment itself is nice. The heating/cooling for the spare room has been messed up since we moved in 2 years ago, they came and “fixed” it but it still doesn’t work like it’s supposed to.
The cleanliness of the apartment grounds has been slack. Recently, residents have left what I believe to be BBQ sauce and what looked to have been a smashed candle in the BREEZEWAY of the an apartment building. In order to walk around you had to very carefully watch your step… it sat on the ground for 3... DAYS.
Also, people allow their dogs to just poop anywhere and don’t clean up.
Residents have no concept of respect, they come in a late hours of the night being loud.
The office staff is great, they try to make sure they keep it fun for residents, but I do just wish they would be a tad more strict on residents making our place of living look unkept. Read More

Great complex! Love the layout of my apartment, very spacious and it was very clean upon move in. I would definitely recommend my friends to live here!

There have been a few ups and downs especially with the garbage pick up mostly and the large rent increases for those of us on fixed incomes. Overall, I have been very happy here. I have met great people here. Any maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner. I love that finally they have resident activities. I will continue to ask for a pool table. I have great neighbors. I hope I can continue living here.

I love living here. I love the location of my apartment which overlooks the pool. I have friendly neighbors. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

The staff and residents are very welcoming. I enjoy meeting new people and joining the different events that are offered. I would like to see food truck Friday again with a variety of trucks.
