I’ve lived in many apartments and this place is by far the loudest I’ve ever encountered. It really is unbearable and there’s nothing management can do, it’s from the building being built as cheaply as possible. The appliances are terrible, the dishwasher doesn’t even wash dishes. Don’t overpay and live here to be disappointed!!

Do not move here. The noise from the neighbors is unbearable, and management does nothing despite numerous complaints and emails. You can hear full conversations from next door. The apartment is full of spiders and bugs no matter how much you clean, and the mailbox area is covered in spiders. They don’t maintain the property at all. Save your money and move somewhere else!

Regarding pests, our goal is to provide a clean and well-maintained environment for all residents. We have a regular pest control service in place, and we encourage any resident experiencing issues to reach out so we can promptly address the problem with targeted treatments. We will also continue to monitor our common areas, including the mailbox area, to ensure they are in the best condition.

Excellent location, but property not maintained, service requests ignored, large dogs and dog waste everywhere, management does not respond to noise complaints, and as stated by another resident, parking is not sufficient.

We are very sorry to hear you are not happy with the service of our management team. Maintenance does respond to all maintenance requests. However, as with any community, sometimes they are not able to service everyone within a 24 hour period, unless... it is an emergency. Per our resident criteria, we do allow dogs of any size and that is based on breed restrictions. We do our best to send reminders to all pet owners to be responsible. As for noise complaints, we respond to all those as they are brought to our immediate attention, however, with living in an apartment residence, some noise is to be expected. Parking is not guaranteed to be nearest your apartment home and we are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you while you have resided here with us. If you continue to experience any issues, please reach out to our office so that we can promptly address them.

I’ve been here a year. It was great at first. Now, there are so many people in here that parking is a huge problem. There are not enough spaces for all the cars. I have to time when I leave and return as there is no guarantee that I will have a place to park. This is so bad that I’ve begun the search for a new home.
