Oliver Chamblee is a great place to live! Maintenance is quick, fairly quiet, close to downtown chamblee, etc. I recommend this spot for anyone looking!

I have shared my experience previously when I had been here for several weeks, and then after several months. I've already been here for over a month and can honestly said that I have made a great choice in moving into this apartment complex. It offers covered parking, which is a plus for bad weather days, it's close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, gas stations, a metro station, pharmacies, urgent care locations, and many types of business to supply for every day needs. Easy access to major... interstates and tourist and entertainment areas, and with the metro nearby, it's a breeze to go to the airport with no traffic issues and no added cost for airport parking.
I hope to stay here for a good while. The area is great for all my needs and the administration is friendly, and maintenance issues are addressed almost immediately.
