The completely lied to me. I applied to an apartment and got approved I was given a deadline to pay fee through their third party company to pay before move in and I paid the fee by the deadline just to find out they cancelled my application and told me they gave the apartment to someone else. All within a matter of 4 days.

Prices have went up but not much about the apartment has changed. It does not give the ambience of the picture at all. Communication is horrible and staff all over the place. Best part about this place is the location.

I don’t know where to begin. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. You must document any conversation you have with the office because they are unorganized and will deny any previous conversations or promises. Neighborhood is filthy. The trash is always overfilled and spread throughout the community. Every morning on my way to work, I se rats having a field day with the trash. At this point, it seems to be a health hazard! Maintenance orders are never resolved. My kitchen light has been out for... months. I’ve love here for two years, and have never been able to use my master bathroom sink because water leaks from the pipes. The tubs are ridiculous and can only be used for showers. They are also very difficult to clean because the paint chips. It is almost as if the tubs were “painted” clean with wall paint. Ultimately, the only “pro” is that they are affordable.

This is your warning to not move here. Paper thin walls, garbage and dog poop everywhere, obnoxious neighbors. Multiple families living in apartments so good luck if you live either above or below them because you’ll get no peace at all. No one here respects quiet hours at all whatsoever. Rats the size of a cat roaming around the garbage area. Management does not care about any complaints or troubles you’re having. Definitely not renewing my lease here. You get what you pay for but if you want... to live comfortably, don’t move here.

Moving in was horrible and live here is worse. No need to publish my name because nothing will get fixed in my apartment till my lease is up.
