I love this apartment I made great friends and the office is always above beyond of every single detail, fast answers, miss Johana , Candy, and Gilberto always proving an excellent service I feel really happy to live in this community

I love my apartment here at Arbor Gardens I just renewed my lease about 3 months ago the staff is awesome I don't have any issues if I need anything they are right there and I like my neighbors we get along great, it's really a nice place to live. ??

I have read the past reviews and I must say they were true. We have new management now and Ms Carolyn is incredible. She has made all the repairs I’ve been requesting for almost a year, in just 2 months. Under her management, I would recommend moving here as I believe she is turning things around.

If you are looking for an apartment to rent do not I repeat look at other apartment these people don’t care about the tenant they care about money they put your stuff outside after you are late on your rent they do not fix anything in your apartment they use your deposit to fix things in your apartment so I advice you if this is your last result do not go there
