Nice neighborhood
Just wanted to leave a review since I love my apartment and the neighborhood. Management and maintenance have been able to promptly handle any questions or requests I have so that has made getting my first apartment so much less stressful. Neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is quite as well. Close to parks and good restaurants, all walking distance. I hope to be here for quite a while!

I have only been here almost 1 month which is a short time to have any complaints but i will write a review because i depend on reviews. Lol I am currently loving the apt. It is kinda of small but perfect for a couple 2/3 ppl. I had issues with my hot water but they were very attentive and got the issue fixed. The renovation is super cute !! Everything is updated which is great for me because i usually have to update myself . I love the area which is basically downtown college park with many... quaint shops/restaurants. It’s also super close to the train/bus. The staff and maintenance have been welcoming. Hopefully we can build a good relationship in the year to come :)
