Honest review
You get charged for community fees for the amenities that have been under renovation for 12 months now. This means there is NO laundry facilities, pool, fitness center, or clubhouse like they advertise on the website. RUN!!

Roaches and False Amenities
This place has roaches and is charging for amenities that do not exist in any capacity. They are simply playing the "it's coming soon" game which allows them to continue pocketing the money. They are plenty nice while they rope you into a contract you will soon wish to break

Exceptional Service
The application and approval process was great. The property manager Ms Pam was very efficient in responding in a timely manner and keeping me up with the status of everything! Working from home I was so pleased to learn cable and internet are included at a discounted rate. Highly recommend

Honest Review
The property is under new management and the new company is Excellent. The application process is nice and smooth. Miss Pamela is great! She is on top of things. It’s very quiet over here. Cable is included with your rent. Internet(spectrum) and I believe two cable boxes. But aside from a few minor things, the overall experience is great.
