Quick movie-in. All my paperwork was ready to sign. It literally took me 15 minutes to move-in. I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly. Jessica Foreman was very accommodating with my move-in.

Unpleasant Experience with Milestone Management
Before management changed, the grounds were spotless, your neighbors were friendly, people were generally quiet, and management would make sure residents were happy. For the past 2 years, new management has shown me they are unreliable when it comes to notifying residents efficiently regarding problems with online payment for rent or crime in the area (no email or door notice given), picking up packages and them leaving without notice (even when you've called ahead), reading and listening to... resident complaints or concerns, and handling noise complaints by having neighbors meet face to face rather than keep the anonymity of those who feel safer with redirecting complaints management's way rather than speaking to the neighbor personally without knowing their what their motives may be. It's been nothing but one frustration after the other with this place. I'm unhappy, I don't feel safe, and for the amount I've paid them over the course of 5 years I’m better off finding living quarters anywhere else but here. If what I've stated above doesn't bother you, then sure see if you can claim a space here. Otherwise, find someplace where management is professional and cares about keeping their residents happy. Also, to be honest, their prices are a bit too much compared to some of the other apartment options in Conyers...

Not what you'd expect for the Price Point
Our apartment had a serious mold problem. No matter how much I bleached the toilet tank and clean the toilet, the rim where the water came out would always grow mold and super quickly and I'm a very meticulous person. There was mold on our window sill as well. I got the office to take a picture of it and it was never addressed. In fact, they never recorded that there was a problem at all. We lived on a first floor and while we never heard our side neighbors, our upstairs neighbors sounded... like they were walking around with wooden clogs on all the time. I did love my patio, the amount of space in the apartment and the layout, the gym was small but okay and the pool was beautiful and peaceful, but the ladies room at the pool rarely had toilet paper, and NEVER had paper towels or soap. The good things just don't negate a health hazard and the noise from upstairs. They're under new management now, and it's more expensive. I just hope the mold gets addressed. Oh and the gate does not always work like the other review says, although it is a very safe neighborhood.
