Horrible apartment complex and bad management with bad attitudes. Apartments are old and run-down, and leases are too expensive for the poor quality.

Hi, I enjoy my apartment and surroundings very much. I do not like trash on the front property. I do pick up my trash and more sometimes. I rented in the front of Clairmont Reserves because I thought the up keep of the grounds would be better ., I know a lot of traffic on foot and on the road passes by,, maybe no litter signs would help. Thanks!

Living here since Feb 2022 and never had an issue. Maintenance team is always helpful and friendly. Love the last change to the pool area. A great place to always relax.

Love the location and fair rent. Some units have good views of the marsh. Haven’t had any issue with bugs so far, but I haven’t lived here in summer yet. You can see/hear trains pass by but it’s not too loud. The gym is small and gets crowded but has decent variety of machines/weights. Maintenance can be slow/forgetful at times, but responds ok to high priority issues. Will be renewing my lease.
