Air

If you are a 50 year old or older woman and have HOT FLASHES, just know.. They CONTROLS the air. You can have five fans on and it still doesn’t help cool the heat. THEY DON’T CARE! I’m sure it’s corporate rules. Office people cool though.

bathroom ceiling caved in from water leak left unaddressed for one month

Horrible management. I filed a months worth of service requests with no resolution. Ceiling in bathroom collapsed from water buildup.

By far the worst but highly potential Apartments

A murder happened in front my apartment building and the maintenance staff was completely well at their job but weren’t the swiftest bunch out the group and the management team was rude and unprofessional on a lot of things. The landscaping could have been better than it was. Neighbors throw their peelings in front of their yard or patio and management not say anything about but send a memo around saying they will charge $200 for anyone who doesn’t properly dispose of their trash. If you are a... fitness person, be prepared for extra equipment to be in there with you cause you barely have room to move around. I wouldn’t move here unless you want some cameo on First 48. Invest into another better environment that will be worth your money. I will say there are a lot of surrounding restaurants in the area.

Don’t move here, beyond overpriced.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

it was okay when I first moved here . Now it’s under new management it’s HORRIBLE someone broke into my apartment who had to have a key which would be the leasing office. my neighbor’s ac was broke for 3 weeks. i dropped my rent off in the Dropbox when I reported the break in they told me they didn’t have my rent which means someone took it from the leasing office, i will not be renewing my lease next year. My appliances is out of dated as well. The people in the leasing office isn’t friendly at... all, they need to work on their people skills.
