Not worth it
I’ve been here long before new management took over and prior to them switching ownership this place felt a lot more like home. Now, with the new management company it’s been nothing but a headache. No one in the office knows how to properly do their jobs. Their paper work as far as the lease agreements seems to be screwed up even though letters were sent out saying that everyone would remain in their current agreement and that nothing will change. Well that were a lie, being that new charges... appear frequently. Another issue is when the children get off the school buses they generally walk through the front office to get through to the buildings, they have been doing so for as long as I’ve been here now all of a sudden the ladies in the office always stop them and make them walk around. These are small children there is no need to be rude. Also valet trash is horrible. It’s just a complete headache for the amount they charge and it’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. Good job management, maybe find people who are professional and actually care about the tenants.

I enjoy the community clean and quiet has a wonderful family atmosphere from the Salt water pool with bbq stations to food the various food trucks and movie nights

My experience living here have been wonderful, but these stairs can be a killer, (lol) I really enjoy staying here, It is a very nice community to stay. I have wonderful neighbor, very peaceful and quiet in my building.
